Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all paint preparation tasks, including surface cleaning, sanding, and priming, for new construction projects.
  • Execute painting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Reliable Transportation: Candidates must have dependable transportation to ensure consistent attendance and punctuality at work.
  • Attendance Commitment: Candidates should demonstrate reliability by maintaining a strong attendance record, with a maximum of two absences every three months.
  • Fluency in English: Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members and clients.
  • Openness to Feedback: Candidates must be receptive to constructive criticism and willing to apply feedback for personal and professional growth.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform job duties while standing for extended periods, as the role requires active engagement without the need for seated work.

  • Operate and utilize Graco paint sprayers (395/695) to apply primer and paint on both interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Manage and lead a crew of 3-4 painters, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Perform all paint preparation tasks for new construction and general painting projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of quality and safety in all work performed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Sprayer Operation: Must be proficient in operating and using Graco paint sprayers (models 395/695) for applying primer and paints.
  • Management Experience: Previous management experience in the painting industry is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a crew of 3-4 painters, ensuring timely project completion.
